hi, i’m britt ◡̈

i’m so happy you’re here! my personal mission is to reach hearts through the practice of yoga.

at its core, yoga is connection. it’s a practice of love in action.

i was introduced to yoga at a young age but really dove into my asana practice after losing my dad in 2013. in 2018, i completed my 200 hour teacher training where i began learning that yoga is more than a movement practice. the philosophy of yoga as a path to individual and collective betterment resonated deep in my spirit. as my personal practice deepened, so did the inner knowing that i am meant to teach and share.

as a teacher (and self-proclaimed lover girl), i am merely a conduit sharing teachings that have touched my heart, hoping they land on yours. i’m honored to create safe spaces that foster community and connection. my offerings are steeped in yogic philosophy, thoughtfully sequenced, and leave ample space for stillness, rest, and free creative expression.

i aspire to resource my students with somatic healing practices that help them gently arrive into present moment awareness and meet themselves and the world around them with deeper compassion, curiosity, and love.
